Fabrik CRM is opinionated at is core, but is based on Charles Smith's (Founder & Lead Developer) decades of experience in real estate and corporate sales. Unlike most of the CRM's currently available, including the solutions that say they are real estate specific, we feel there are many opportunities for improvement.
Our goal is to keep Fabrik CRM lightweight and easy to use. This only happens by focusing on core features first and developing integrations as needed and requested by our community of users. By listening to our users and maintaining our approach of simplicity, Fabrik CRM will undoubtedly become a must have tool for all agents & brokers.
